The side window has been put in upside down at the factory. Trade Timber Windows were very prompt to have them put this right, so top marks for service.

The standard of craftsmanship and the quality of the replacement window is awesome. The only issues were caused by the shortage of materials due to the Covid pandemic but we were kept informed of the situation throughout the whole process.
